milk gives me tummy ache =( i cant have milk or cheese now, but i can have the long life milk, it tastes sick, but it makes good milkshakes =] so now i have that so i still get my calcium.
I have had Crohn’s Disease for over 20 years and I have had stomach issues all of my life. I completely agree with The comment that you should be careful with what you eat and minimize the processed foods. Most Crohnies can not handle straight fresh veggies. I found that if I minimize the amount of Corn meal, corn powder or starch, and corn syrup.
Raw Fruits and Veggies hurt!!! They obviously don’t have Crohn’s or know too much about the situation. I have heard about the macroons and peppermint. I actually had a doctor (very young man) tell me to do one of those…makes me angry too.
