i cant keep a job b/c in my ealry stages i am overweight so they think im just being lazy. or faking it to get a break. I try to make up for it by working harder but it just makes me sicker. I would report them jade. Crohns is debilitating and if u dont take care of it u can get cancer. Sometimes i think it would be better if i did have that then people would take me serously

“Call out again and you’re fired.”

I should mention here that she knows that I have CD and that I don’t have many call-outs on my record. So this was kinda shocking to me. I explained to her again what CD was and her response was:

” It’s not like you have cancer or anything. Just suck it up.”

I still don’t know if I should report her or just find another job.

I should send this ( and other vids about CD) to my boss, and hope there is enough human left in her to understand.

I had to miss two weeks of work because I had a some very nasty symtoms. I was throwing up constantly, stomach pains, and diarrea. I eventually ended up going to the hospital because I threw up blood.

When I finally returned to work, my co-workers were supportive but my supervisor only had one thing to say when I handed her my doctor’s note:
