Does Crohn’s turn your hair red, too?

Great video. I’m so happy for Abbie. I’ve had Crohns for 20 years but wasn’t seeing a doctor after I got off the mass amounts of meds I took to get it under control. I just found out that I have a blockage due to scarring and am going to have surgury. Seeing someone recover from the same surgury makes me feel a lot better about it.

Thanks for the video. As a sufferer since 1994 (and three operations later) the best advice I can offer you is to make certain you only have surgery at the best hospital in your area, because less-experienced surgeons can botch it and make you feel much worse! I’ve been dreadful since my 2006 operation, and desperately await corrective surgery later this year. Best – John

Well done. I am a Crohn’s patient and I developed an iPhone application to track symptoms. Its called GI Monitor and is available in iTunes. I hope it helps you.

Bet you got a damn good mark! I made a documentary at college so I know it’s really hard to make something like that interesting and informative but you really pulled it off :)

I made it for my final year broadcast project (one of 3 videos) – hopefully she will be on a constant recovery course now :D

Did you make this? If so it was very proffessional and well done, good stuff. Hope Abbie doesn’t end up in hospital again any time soon.
