If sensitive to milk and dairy products you should avoid the following: Milk: Cows (even in very small quantities) Condensed, Dried, Evaporated Powdered (incl coffee Mate and coffee Complement etc) Butter
Cream (fresh) Cheese (incl dishes cooked with cheese eg Quiche) Milk concentrate (whey) Milk sugar (lactose) Milk protein (caseinates) Batter made with milk Biscuits (some - check contents)
Cereals (some - eg muesli etc) Milk Chocolate Cakes in which milk has been used
Custards
Dairy ice cream
Foods fried in butter Malted milk Ovaltine Creamed sauces
Soups with milk added
Yoghurt
ALTERNATIVES Milk: Dairy free coffee mate Coconut in block form Soya milk
Soya milk with apple juice Soya milk with added sugar Unisoy gold with added calcium
