Im chelsea im 15 and ia sophomore in hs this is my life b4 i new i had crohns disease and after ive had it for at least 4 yrs but it was undiagnosed until august 14,2009. Some of the pictures are old but alot are new. thanks for watching Help raise awarness of this horrible disease.
