Casey Abrams’ rock concert at the Zappos Rock n’ Roll Marathon in Las Vegas, NV, December 4, 2011, where he opened for the legendary band Cheap Trick. This was a benefit the Crohns Colitis Foundation. The event drew a record number of 44000 runners who participated in the competition. To start the race, Casey sang “God Bless America.”
