You mentioned how some foods give you cramps. Try a digestive enzyme with enzymes for fat, carb and protein..It may make you feel better... keep out the grains..some people have aa degree of celiac disease... meditate to get the junk out of your mind from others and there are always quiters out there..thats reality..don't becaome one of them..and like my professor told me... a cure is not economically feasible for the drug companies to find...don't quit. I must say that what doesn't kill us make us stronger... We need to take care of the most precious thing in our life - ourselves... I found out that a healthy diet and exercise helps a lot... It's been a long time that I haven't had any symptoms... I am not on any medication, I still have pain sometimes, especially when I eat something I shouldn't have. Just decide to be happy, stay happy and live happy...
