Someone help diagnose me?

Elmer L asked:

I have a couple things going on. I have lower left abdominal pain that seems to radiate out sideways as well as down to my left testicle. I get nauseous, feel gassy, bloated, etc. I have been “felt -up” by my primary care Dr. for a hernia, but no dice. I have had a CAT scan on my kidneys for stones, but no dice. I just had a colonoscopy yesterday, everything looked normal. We’ve gone down the list, diverticulitis, IBS, hernia, colitis. No blood in my stool, trace amounts of blood and protein in my urine (miniscule).
My pain seems to be independent of what I eat, but cutting back to one meal a day seems to help. Any ideas?
