I say succumbed because it sure felt like I was dead. But with careful studying of my diet, temporary correction, rotating, and the eventual health of a naturopath, I ended up HEALTHIER than I had ever been before! I was thinking of posting a video to YouTube, and after seeing everyone talk about J-pouches, Asacol and invasive surgeries, I'm convinced more than ever I have to make a video. HEALTHY! I think you just need to think positively and not let it defeat you. There are worse things that could be affecting you other than your UC.
