   I would recommend that you also read The Autoimmune Epidemic by Donna Jackson Nakazawa. It is a fantastic book that gave me a better understanding of what is currently going on in our environment and how a prolonged exposure to such factors plays in the development of autoimmune diseases (including Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis). It also focuses on the science and finally how diet can help in controlling the symptoms. Thanks for your videos!
